For table decorations on your Italian barbecue, you can place fresh-smelling herbs instead of festive flowers on checkered tables. Your appetizers may include grilled favorites such as prosciutto-wrapped grilled fig salad or grilled mussels with salsa verde. You can also include different types of cheeses with the appetizers. For the entrée, you can serve Tuscan steaks and varieties of pasta. Have an assortment of Italian cookies or ricotta cheesecake ready for dessert. With 8 lodging units capable of accommodating up to 26 guests in beds, 8 1/2 acres of yards, grassy areas for playing, tenting or just catching up with loved ones, a 100 seat restaurant and an outdoor stage, Willow Glen Inn is a great place for your next family reunion. We are conveniently located in a rural area near Cedar City, Utah, just 1 mile west of Interstate 15.
Willow Glen has 8 lodging units. Five single units, two with two bedrooms and one with three bedrooms providing a total of 13 beds with 1 pull-out sofa. We also have 3 roll-away beds providing a total sleeping capacity of 31 guests. Many of the rooms at Willow Glen have a rustic, western theme as shown in the photo of our very popular Tree Room at left. In this photo can be seen the room's sitting area with comfortable arm chairs, love seat and television with VCR. The queen-size bed made from native pine logs is just visible past the TV. Willow Glen offers a wide range of dining options. Breakfast is served for our lodging guests from 8:00 to 9:00 am. Dinners and other types of meals can be arranged by reservation, just inquire with the manager or with the chef. Meals can be customized for any occasion though we specialize in weddings, receptions and banquets. We can also provide certain items ala carte. Soups, salads, bag lunches, hors d'oeuvres and desserts are available as supply permits. These items are available on first come first serve basis.
